HISTORY

From Kuhbier Plastics to Fremach International.

  1. 1969

    Establishment of Kuhbier Plastics.

  2. 1982

    Acquired by Frencken Group (NL); creation of Fremach Plastics Belgium.

  3. 1990

    Integration of painting, lasering and colour-moulding technologies for automotive.

  4. 1996

    Creation of Fremach International.

  5. 2007

    Acquisition by Elex Group.

  6. 2010

    Creation of the purchasing office in Shenzhen.

  7. 2010

    Acquisition of KMCD (D).

  8. 2012

    Move to a new building in Trnava.

  9. 2013

    Extension of the Morava plant.

  10. 2016

    Acquisition of Epiq NV by Fremach International.

As part of the ELEX Group, Fremach benefits from a strong industrial network with a diverse range of subsidiaries in the automotive sector, from electronics to sensor technology. With nearly 1,000 employees across six facilities in Europe, Fremach is a significant player. Almost 90% of our workforce operates in our plants in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Belgium, with two-thirds based in Eastern Europe.
