Logistic Project Leader

Key facts

The role : 

Reporting directly to Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for leading all the new projects from Logistic. 


Tasks and responsibilities : 

  • Develop together with the suppliers the packaging for new projects (internal/external)

  • Approve the packaging for new projects ( internal/external)

  • Negotiation with packaging and transport suppliers

  • Definition of the best logistic flow for the new projects ( materials and transport )

  • Negotiation and implementation with suppliers about Logistic Agreements

  • Negotiation and implementation with customers about Logistic Agreements

  • Taking responsibility of the logistic documents and database

  • Supporting Project Management and handover to the plants


Requirements for job holder : 

  • Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Commerce or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistic department preferably in industrial sector, and in automotive industry
  • Knowledge of packaging definition and logistic know-how
  • Very good command of English and German is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Analytical thinking, result and quality oriented approach
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to negotiate with both, suppliers and customers
  • Readiness to travel up to 20 %
